This includes your grunge font text but you can also add ink spatters, speckles and splats and play around with abstract imagery until you get the look and feel you like. Again, these images can be drawn before hand to make it easier to create. After you have nearly finished designing your custom t-shirt, and you have the design all set up and ready to go, you just need to actually create and make your own t-shirt. This is easier than you may think, so long as you used a vector program to make your design. If you use a pixel based program such as GIMP or Adobe Photoshop you may encounter resizing problems at this stage. The bigger your image gets the more distorted it gets and also if your image is too large and needs to be reduced to fit the custom t-shirt you can also get distortion.

To make your own t-shirt with a perfectly sized design you don't need to know the t-shirt size. Just create a vector image to make your own t-shirt design and you will be able to easily resize the image until it looks just right on the t-shirt. Use a flash custom t-shirt application on a t-shirt design website and upload a large copy of your vector image (or one with 300 or 600 dpi) that has been saved for web. The custom t-shirt application will resize and position the image for you. You can then click and drag the image to where you want it to be. Once you have the design for your t-shirt it really is a matter of seconds to upload it and order the t-shirt.
